Perused the Order dated 16th September 2016. The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that First Information Report is not yet registered. However, he seeks extension of time to amend the Application for annexing a copy of the verification statement recorded on the complaint subject matter of the Application.

Only by way of indulgence, we extend the time to amend the Application by a period of two

If amendment is not carried out within the stipulate time, the Application shall stand dismissed for nonprosecution without further reference to the Court.
