This Application is moved for withdrawal of the documents mentioned in paragraphs 2(a) to (f) of the Application, which the applicant/original defendant had filed in Suit No. 721 of 2008 at City Civil Court, Dindoshi and now the documents are with this Court. The learned counsel submitted that the applicant requires the said documents, as he has filed Suit bearing no. 2286 of 2008 in this Court and hence he be allowed to withdraw the documents.
