In pursuance of order dated 06.10.2017, Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the Applicant has tendered across the bar an affidavit dated 10.10.2017 duly affirmed by the Applicant before the Executive Magistrate, Baramati, District Pune. The said affidavit is taken on record and marked "X" for its identification. In view of the said affidavit and undertaking given by the Applicant, the Applicant can be released on bail.

Hence, the following order:- i) The applicant be released on bail in CR No. 202/2017 registered with Baramati City Police Station, District Pune on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount. ii) After his release from the jail, the applicant shall attend Baramati City Sneha Chavan 1/2

911 ba 2261-17=.doc Police Station once in month i.e. on every 1st Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

iii) It is made clear that if the Applicant fails to deposit the entire amount on or before 28.02.2018 as stated in the said affidavit, the prosecuting agency will be at liberty to apply for cancellation of bail of the Applicant. iv) It is further made clear that the said period to deposit an amount upto 28.02.2018 shall not be further extended on any count. v) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
