Considering the nature of accusations levelled against the applicant which prompted the Investigating Officer to invoke sections 295-A, 500, r/w 34 of IPC and Section 67 (A) of Information Technology Act.

The learned APP make a statement that notice under section 41-A is already issued to the applicant on 24/06/2022. 2.

In the wake of the notice being issued, let the applicant report to the Investigating Officer within a period of seven days from today. He shall render his co-operation to the Investigating Ashish Mhaske

On his presence, the Officer-in-charge shall follow the procedure prescribed u/s. 41-A of Cr.P.C and in case if he comes to the conclusion that his custodial interrogation is necessary, he shall record the reasons to that effect. Before effecting his arrest, he shall give 72 hours notice in advance.
