The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Writ Petition. The above Writ Petition is of the year 2013 and at one point of time was dismissed by this Court. Thereafter the matter was carried to the Apex Court. The Apex Court permitted the Petitioner to file a Review Petition which was accordingly filed. The Review Petition was allowed and the above Writ Petition came to be admitted. The limited issue involved in the above Writ Petition is as regards the rejection of the Petitioner's Application for voluntary retirement after putting in 20 years service. The Petitioner appears to be employed with the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 which is a private institution running a Private Aided School. The Respondents are also represented before this Court. lgc
