ORDER:- We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition with directions to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, to decide the representation made by the Petitioner on 9 August 2012.

The Petitioner is also permitted to file additional documents/representation, if any, to substantiate his claim within one week from today. The representation of the Petitioner, to be decided by the concerned Respondents, as early as possible, preferably within six weeks, thereafter.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. All points are kept open.

There shall be no order as to costs.
