Having heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of writ petition by directing the Principal Secretary, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, to dispose of the complaint/grievances dated 13th August, 2019 and 27th August, 2019, copies of which are annexed at page no. 88-89 of the petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four weeks from the date of Rekha Patil 1/2

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are expressly kept open to be agitated before the appropriate authority. The learned Principal Secretary shall decide the said complaint/grievances in accordance with law. 4.
