Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks modification of the Order dated 09.06.2016 passed by this Court (Coram : P. N. Deshmukh, J.) in ABA No.961 of 2016.

It appears that vide Order dated 09.06.2016, the Applicant was granted pre-arrest bail in connection with M.E.C.R.No.3 of 2015 registered with the D. B. Marg Police Station on executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. It

APPP 906-17.doc appears that the Applicant is unable to furnish 'one' surety as directed by this Court vide Order dated 09.06.2016 and hence, this Application. 4.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed and the Order dated 09.06.2016 is modified/relaxed. The Applicant shall now give one or more sureties instead of one surety. Accordingly, the Applicant is permitted to be released on bail on executing her personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. The Application is accordingly disposed of.
