The learned Counsel for the respondent/ Municipal Corporation, on instructions, submits that the amount which is mentioned in the order dated 12th June, 2018 passed by this Court is paid by the petitioners by two cheques. As the petitioners have withdrawn the word "under protest", the respondent/ Municipal Corporation has accepted the amount towards satisfaction of the dues. He further submits that there are recent bills, which are pending and not raised against the petitioners.

In view of this, I pass the following order :-

ORDER

i) The respondent/ Municipal Corporation shall inform the dues, if any, to the petitioners on or before 30th June, 2018 and thereafter, the petitioners shall appear before the Commissioner, Sangli Miraj and Kupwad City Municipal Corporation and shall make payment accordingly on or before 15th July, 2018.

ii) The impugned notice dated 29th January, 2003 issued by Sangli Miraj and Kupwad City Municipal Corporation, Sangli is quashed.

With this, Writ Petition is disposed of.
