This is an application for modification of condition of attendance and for return of pass-port for its renewal which has expired on 17-03-2015. While releasing the applicant on bail, the learned Trial Court had imposed the condition that the applicant shall mark attendance with Economic Office Wing, Crime Branch, Unit-III on every third and fourth Sunday of every month till the conclusion of the Trial. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since his release from jail, the applicant is regularly following the said condition. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 3

In view of the same the said condition is hereby modified and applicant is directed to mark his attendance in the office of Economic Office Wing, Crime Branch, Unit-III of every first Monday of the each month between 10.00 am to 2.00 p.m.

As far as return of the passport for the purpose of renewal is concerned the applicant has stated that his pass-port has expired on 07-02-2015 and the same is to be renewed, and that it will take about two months time for the purpose for renewal of the same. In view of the same the Investigating Agency is hereby directed to return the passport to the applicant for the purpose of its renewal. Once the passport is renewed, the applicant shall deposit the same with the investigating agency i.e. Economic Offences Wing, Crime Branch, Unit-III, Mumbai. Before collecting the passport applicant shall furnish an undertaking before the Trial Court that he is accepting and taking the said passport only for the purpose of its renewal and shall deposit the same as soon as its renewed.
