Parties through their Counsel. At the outset it has been stated by the learned AGP appearing for the Respondent State that as on date on the application Exhibit-D no decision has been taken by the State Government for release of water from Veer Dam to Neera-left canal. He submits that before taking decision all relevant aspects of the matter will be weighed by the Competent Authority of the State Government who has to take decision.

In view of the aforesaid submissions in our considered view the Petition being based on the apprehension and therefore, calls for no interference.
