The present Petition is in the nature of the public interest litigation seeking directions to Respondent Nos.1 and 5 to conduct the inquiry against Respondent Nos.2 to 4.

It appears that the Petitioner has some grievance as against Respondent No.3. It is his contention that Respondent Nos.2 to 4 at the instigation of Respondent No.3 are harassing the Petitioner. A writ jurisdiction of this Court cannot be invoked to resolve the dispute between the employees of the Corporation. In that view of the matter, the present Writ Petition is rejected.
