The learned counsel submits that proceedings before Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal are pending since 2018. The same are not been taken up for final hearing. We are not aware of the pendency of the matters before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

Considering that the matter of the Petitioner is pending since 2018, we may request Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal to consider the Original Application filed by the Petitioner expeditiously. Petitioner may make a request to the Tribunal for hearing of his application expeditiously which the Tribunal certainly Mohite 1/2

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
