Learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this Application at this stage. He submits that the trial of the Applicant may be expedited. Considering the peculiar facts of the case, the trial is expedited. The learned Judge is requested to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. If for no fault of the Applicant the trial does not conclude within a reasonable period, the Applicant is granted liberty to file a fresh Application seeking his enlargement on bail.
