Heard Mr.Shelke, learned Counsel for the applicants and Mr.Shinde, learned Counsel for the respondents, at length.

This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition which was dismissed by order dated 26.8.2016 for not removing the office objections after condoning the delay of 32 days in filing application. Mr. Shelke assures that after restoration of the Writ Petition, the applicants will remove the office objections within two weeks.

Mr. Shinde opposed the application on the ground that no sufficient cause is made out.

For the reasons stated in the application,

Hence, the delay in filing the application is condoned. Writ Petition is restored to the original position. The applicants shall remove the office objections within two weeks from today. Civil Application is disposed of.
