The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that after the petition was fled, the admission of the petitioner has been restored.

In view of that, major relief of the petitioner stands redressed.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lost attendance of one month because of the cancellation of the admission, so also certain internal examination have been held. The respondents be directed to condone the attendance of the petitioner and also hold the internal examination.

The petitioner may apply to the respondent for the said purpose. The respondent may consider the application of the petitioner on its own merits.
