Heard learned APP for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondents. This application is filed seeking condonation delay of 11 days in filing the criminal application for leave to appeal. By giving explanation in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4, the applicant has explained the delay in filing the criminal application for leave to appeal. The explanation is found to be satisfactory. We, therefore, condone the delay. The application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
