The only prayer made by the Petitioners is for a direction to the Respondents to consider and decide the proposals of the Management for grant of approval to the appointments of the Petitioners.
Mr. Mali, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, states that the proposals submitted by the management will be considered by the Education Officer within a reasonable time. We dispose of the writ petitions by directing the Respondent- the Education Officer to decide the proposals, if not decided earlier, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
