The application is filed for condonation of delay of 16 days occurred in filing an application for leave to appeal. 2.
By order dated 19th November, 2015, we issued notice to the respondent. The respondent is served. However, none appears on his behalf when the matter is called out today nor an affidavit contesting the application is filed by the respondent. In that view of the matter, the respondent is deemed to have accepted the averments made in the application.

By making averments in paragraphs 2 and 3, the applicant has explained the delay. We find the explanation to be satisfactory. We, therefore, condone the delay of 16 days. The application is, accordingly, allowed and is disposed of as such.
