He further submits that R.C.S.No.1173 of 2015 pending before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, be expedited. 3.

It is not possible to accede to this request of learned counsel for the petitioner, however, he may apply to the learned trial Court pointing out urgency. If such a request is made to the trial Court, it is open for the trial Court to consider the request on its own merits.
