wp 7865 of 2006 (1).sxw disposed off in terms of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Assistant Manager (Legal) of the Petitioner, the Respondent and the respective Advocates for the parties. The undertakings recorded in the Consent Terms are accepted. The Writ Petition No.7865 of 2006 and Civil Application No.3149 of 2016 are disposed off in terms of the Consent Terms, marked 'X'
. It is clarified that the Respondent shall be allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.2,43,624/- deposited by the Petitioner on 30th September, 2010 along with interest accrued if any. 3.
In view of the above order, the learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.2639 of 2010 seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition No.2639 of 2010 also stands disposed off as withdrawn. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. ) SSP 2/2
