Matter was heard in first half and kept back. In second half, respondent No. 2 who appears in-person has tendered her affidavit along with photocopy of Aadhar card which is self attested. Her affidavit is sworn before Notary who has identified her. She has given no objection for quashing of FIR and the criminal case. Orally also, she has given no objection. SQ Pathan 1/2

Parties appear to be adults and in live-in relationship with consent.
