Mr. Naik, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition. This for the reason that the respondent no.1 Minister has now granted a personal hearing to the petitioners on 10th October, 2017 in the Revision Application No.412 of 2017 and stay application therein filed under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 seeking a stay of the order dated 14th September, 2017 passed by respondent no.2 the Divisional Joint Registrar, Mumbai.

Needless to state that respondent no.1 Minister would dispose of the Revision Application as expeditiously as possible. 3.
