In Crime No. 329 of 2014 vide order dated 16th March, 2016 the applicant was ordered to be released on bail subject to the condition that the applicant to deposit an amount of Rs.40,20,000/- in 8 months in an installment of Rs.5,00,000/- each. It is claimed that, the applicant has deposited till date an amount of Rs.23,00,000/- and is seeking extension of 3 months by way of last chance, to deposit the balance amount. By way of last

An Undertaking is given by the applicant to this Court that, if the amount is not deposited within a period of 3 months as prayed, he shall surrender to his bail bond and the order granting bail shall stand cease to operate.
