Having heard the learned counsels for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this writ petition, by directing the Additional Chief Land Survey Officer, CIDCO (Garjepoti), to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 6 th October, 2016, copy of which is annexed at Exh.'H' page 49 to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferrably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the Megha 1/2

908_wp_11814_2016.doc matter and the Additional Chief Land Survey Officer, shall decide the Petitioner's representation independently and in accordance with law. All points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open. 3.

During the pendency and till decision on the said representation, both parties to maintain status quo as of today regarding the structure which is subject matter of this petition. 4.

In the event, any order adverse to the Petitioner's interest is passed, same shall not be executed for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the same to the Petitioner. 5.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
