By the order passed today i.e. 16/02/2016 in the Civil Application No.87 of 2016, the heirs of the Respondent No.1 were allowed to be brought on record who are the Respondent Nos.1(A) to 1(D). The Respondent No.1(A) is already on record in her individual capacity as the Respondent No.2. The learned counsel for the Petitioners Shri M M Sathaye tenders the Consent Terms bearing today's date i.e. 16/02/2016. The said Consent Terms evidence the settlement arrived at between the parties. The said Consent Terms have been signed by all the Petitioners as well as their Advocate Shri M M Sathaye and have also been signed by all the Respondents.

The Advocate for the Respondents Ms. Namita P Hemrajani has issued a letter dated 15/02/2016 which is produced by the parties stating that she has no objection to the matter being settled in terms of the Consent Terms being filed.

All the parties are personally present in Court. The Petitioners i.e. Sau. Mahin Deolaliwala, Shri Rohingtan Deolaliwala and Shri Navin Kotiyan when put in the box and queried state that they have read the Consent Terms, that the same are acceptable to them and they have signed the Consent Terms of their own free will and volition. The learned counsel Shri M M Sathaye identifies the Petitioners.

The Respondents i.e. Devi Daulatani, Varun Daulatani, Manisha Daulatani and Tripti Daulatani are identified by the Petitioner No.3 Navin Kotiyan when put in the box and queried state that they have read the Consent Terms, that the same are acceptable to them and they have signed the Consent Terms of their own free will and volition.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The letter dated 15/02/2016 issued by the advocate for the Respondents which is on the letter head wherein the maiden name of the advocate appears as Nirmala Mangnani and also bears the stamp of her name

after marriage i.e. Namita Hemrajani above the maiden name. The said letter is taken on record and marked as "Y" for identification. The above Civil Revision Application is accordingly disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
