I have gone through the grounds mentioned in the application. There is nothing on record to indicate that the applicant has defaulted in complying with any of the conditions imposed while enlarging him on bail. It is now prayed that condition (ii) of the order dated 6/8/2018 by which the applicant was directed to attend the Dahisar Police Station, Mumbai once in fortnight on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. till further order be relaxed.

In the interest of justice, I am inclined to relax the 1/2

Diksha Rane 1. IA 3337-23.doc condition considering that the applicant has been regularly abiding by the conditions since 2018.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is now directed to attend the Dahisar Police Station once in four months, on first Saturday of the concerned month, between 10 a.m. to 12.00 noon, commencing November 2023.

Other conditions earlier imposed to remain intact. 5.

The application is disposed of.
