The Respondent No.1 has issued a show cause notice to the Petitioner. The Petitioner has submitted his response/reply to the said show cause notice. The Respondent No.1 shall, after hearing the Petitioner, give its decision within a period of six months from today. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the order, he may impugn the same and also make grievance which is raised in the present Writ Petition. However, it is clarified that if such Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner, it shall be decided on its own merits. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
