The petition is filed for quashing the proceedings of the CC.No.6415 of 2015 pending on the file of JMFC, Court No.9, Shivaji Nagar, Pune. We have perused the charge-sheet and especially the FIR and the allegations made therein against the present petitioners. The allegations prima facie discloses commission of cognizable offence. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain the petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

It is expressly made clear this order is passed for the disposal of this petition and the learned Magistrate shall decide the subject criminal case independently on its own merits and without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.
