During pendency of the petition, as noted in our earlier order, the Respondents have taken further action. On 29 October 2015, we have noted the events and developments subsequent to the filing of the writ petition. Now, Mr.Shah appearing for the Petitioner fairly states that further events have taken place and a provisional assessment order has been passed. 2.

In view thereof, we do not see how we can pursue this writ petition any further. The Petitioner will have to avail of
