By this Civil Application, the applicant seeks stay to the execution and implementation of the judgment and award dated 3rd January, 2017 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kolhapur in M.A.C.P. No. 489 of 2013. 3.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant/insurance company has deposited the entire decretal amount of Rs.34,18,476/- on 25th October, 2017. 4.
