Petitioner No.1 is present on behalf of petitioners with his Advocate. Complainant - Respondent No.2 is present with her Advocate and the learned APP for Respondent No.1.

Parties jointly state that after FIR dated 30th August 2019 because of intervention of elders in family and society, matrimonial dispute has been resolved and they have resumed cohabitation. Accordingly, in her affidavit, Respondent No.2 has declared her intention not to prosecute the matter. It appears that on 2nd September 2019 she has also informed Senior PI of Dharavi Police Station of her intention. In Court, she has reiterated her desire.
