By the impugned order the Trial Court has directed the petitioner to pay amount of Rs.7,500/- per month to respondent towards interim maintenance of her son.

The petitioner has challenged paternity of the son. However, it appears that the DNA report is against the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to pay all errors of the maintenance to respondent thereafter the petitioner will be at liberty to move the present petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
