The Appellant/Original Plaintiff wants to delete the name of Respondent No.7 - Tukaram Rajge and Respondent No.8 -Waman Rajge for the reason that by way of purshis at page 43 and 44 they have admitted the claim of the Plaintiff. On query made, learned Advocate for the Appellant submitted that he is not asking for any relief or observation of this Court on the basis of this purshis. It is accepted. The names of Respondent Nos.7 and 8 be deleted from array of the Respondents. 3.

There is exparte order passed by the trial Court against Defendant No.4/Respondent No.9 - Chandrabhagabai Shedge. The Appellant did not want to prosecute the Appeal against her. Hence her name is deleted. The Appellant to do this at his costs.
