Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 3 states that the Petition is now rendered infructuous, inasmuch as the auction sale has been conducted and possession of the secured asset was taken on 22.11.2016 and the sale certificate is also issued on 23.01.2017. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in the Petition. The Petition is dismissed.
