By this Civil Application, applicants are seeking condonation of 336 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 24.08.2010 passed by Labour Court in Application No.(WCA) 303/B-67 of 2004. 4.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicants, averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, following order :- S.C.Magar
