P. C.:- 1) Mr.Yagnik, learned A.P.P. on instructions from Police Naik Mr.Vankhede attached to Jat Police Station, District Sangli submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, police have submitted charge sheet on 19th October 2018, in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jat, District Sangli and the same has been numbered as R.C.C. No.264 of 2018. That, the Petitioner is reported to be absconding and therefore as of today charge sheet against him could not be filed. 2) As the Petitioner is reported to be absconding, we are not inclined to exercise our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in favour of Petitioner.

3) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
