1. Under order dated June 8, 2022 we had recorded the statement of the learned A.G.P. that the proposal as claimed to have been submitted by the Petitioner is not traceable in the office of the Petitioner. As per the Petitioner, the proposal was submitted in the year 2005 (page 14) and subsequently in the year 2007.

2. Respondent no.1 may submit fresh proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner with all relevant documents. The said proposal shall be considered by the Education Officer and decided preferably within four months from the receipt of the same.
