Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner tried to serve respondents No.3 & 4, but they refused service of notice for today'

s production.

By this Petition, the petitioner challenges corrigendum issued under Section 101 of Maharashtra Co1/3

operative Societies' Act by the Assistant Registrar awarding interest @ 15%. The said corrigendum is at page 53 of the paper-book.

Learned AGP states that the petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy of challenging corrigendum by way of revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition to avail the alternate efficacious remedy of challenging the corrigendum.

Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the corrigendum by adopting appropriate alternate statutory remedy. All contentions are kept open. For a period of 2 weeks from today, the Authorities not to act upon corrigendum issued under Section 101 of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies' Act which is at page 53 of the paper-book. Further for a period 2/3

of 2 weeks possession not to be taken.
