This is an application for bringing newly appointed Receiver namely Vivek M. Pittie in place of the deceased Respondent No.1 on record. 2.

The said Vivek M. Pittie has been appointed as Receiver in furtherance of Order dated 13th April 2018 passed in Notice of Motion (L) No.916 of 2018 in Suit No.224 of 1961.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 has no objection in allowing the present Application.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 5.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the record of Court and This Order is corrected as per Speaking to the Minutes of Order dated 5th May 2022. 1
