Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Considering the controversy involved in the Writ Petition No.2730

caw2611 of 2008, we direct the petitioners therein to implead the applicant in Civil Application No.2611 of 2014 in Writ Petition No.5971 of 2011 as a party respondent.

Considering the prayer clause (b) of the Civil Application No.2611 of 2014, the said civil application shall be treated as a reply of the added party to this petition. Formal amendment shall be carried out by the Writ Petitioner on or before 10th February 2015. These petitions shall be listed on weekly board of 16th February 2015.
