This is an application preferred by original complainant for vacating ad-interim relief granted vide order dated 19th November 2018. By order dated 5th April 2022 this Court had recorded submissions of Petitioner that Petitioner would deposit 20% of the compensation awarded by the Trial Court. Petitioner would deposit Rs.80,000/- within 15 days and balance amount of Rs.1,00,000/- within 15 days thereafter. The statement was accepted and interim relief granted also was continued.

Subsequently vide order dated 13th December 2022 the interim relief was vacated on the ground that Applicant has not produced MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE Date: 2024.02.02 09:45:35 +0530 MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE any proof showing deposit of amount as recorded on 5th April 2022. Subsequently original Petitioner had deposited amount by demand draft of Rs.1,80,000/-. In view of the deposit, stay was granted in

2 of 2 31.IA.3290.2021.doc terms of prayer clause (b) of the Interim Application No.3083 of 2023. Since amount is deposited by original Petitioner, this application can be disposed off.

Interim Application No.3290 of 2021 stands disposed of. 4.
