In all the aforesaid Applications, the Applicants have prayed for recalling the orders dated 25.04.2018, 25.06.2018, 07.08.2018, 29.06.2018, 25.06.2018 passed by this Court and for restoration of W. P. (ST) Nos. 28191, 28201, 28350, 28238, 28343, 28348 & 28351 of 2017 which were dismissed for nonprosecution i. e. for non removal of office objections, to its original status.

Learned counsel for the Applicants also seeks

condonation of delay of different dates in each of the Applications which is caused in filing the aforesaid Petitions. 3.

For the reasons set out in the Applications, all the Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b) in each of the Applications. Learned counsel for the Applicants undertakes to remove office objections in all the Petitions within three weeks from today.

All the aforesaid Applications are disposed off in the aforesaid terms.

Writ Petitions to be listed on 30.11.2018.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
