The Learned Counsel Mr. Shimpi appearing for the Respondent No.2 in each of the above Petitions tenders the Judgment and Orders both dated 18-12-2014, rendered by the Learned Presiding Officer of the School Tribunal, Solapur, by which orders, the Appeals filed by the Petitioners above named have been dismissed. The Learned Counsel states that in view of the dismissal of the Appeals, the above Petitions filed against the interlocutory orders passed in the Appeals filed by the Petitioners have become infructuous.
