P.C:- This Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenge a notice dated 22nd September, 2016 issued under Section 226(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, attaching Petitioner's bank account. Mr. Shreesh, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that by a communication dated 13th October, 2016, the Assessing Officer has vacated the impugned notice dated 22nd September, 2016. In the above view, learned Counsel seeks liberty to withdraw this Petition. Liberty as prayed for, granted.
