states that all office objections shall be removed within the time set out in the Interim Application. Reasons for not removing office objections in the time prescribed are recorded in paragraph Nos.5 to 8 in the interim application.

3. In our view, applicant has made out a case for restoration on the condition that applicant will remove all office objections within two weeks from today.

4. Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs. Writ petition is restored to file.

5. Petitioner is at liberty to file urgent circulation before a bench, which is assigned this matter.
