Since 2013, the Petitioner's tribe validity claim as belonging to scheduled tribe-"Thakur" is pending for adjudication with Respondent No. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner apprehends that since his tribe validity claim is not submitted in the ofÏce of Respondent No. 3, his services would be terminated.

In the light of above, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.2-Committee to decide the Petitioner's tribe validity claim as expeditiously as possible and in any case within the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 3.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into patilsr 1 / 2

merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

Till the decision on Petitioner's caste / tribe validity claim by Respondent No.2, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner for non submission of the tribe validity certificate.
