OPERATIVE PART OF THE ORDER :

For the reasons separately recorded in the judgment and order delivered today, the following order is passed: (i) It will be open for the petitioner to undergo medical termination of pregnancy in PRAPTI Women's Hospital & IVF Centre Pvt.Ltd., Ahilyabai Holkar Marg, Tidke Colony, Nashik- 422 002 on production of an authenticated copy of the operative part of this order: (ii) Along with operative part of the order, the petitioner will produce a true copy of Pan Card or Adhar Card or any

SKN 2/2 10527.18-wp.doc other document of identity along with copy of this writ petition before the Medical Officer of the said hospital. We make it clear that the said hospital will permit the petitioner to undergo medical termination of her pregnancy only on verifying her identity as can be seen from this petition;

(iii) We direct the Medical Officer of the said hospital to submit a report along with necessary documents after completion of the process. The report shall be submitted by the said hospital through the office of the Government Pleader;

(iv) The hospital authorities to act upon an authenticated copy of the operative part of this order;

(v) The petition is disposed of on the above terms; (vi) For reporting compliance, the petition shall be placed under the caption of direction on 8th October 2018. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) (A.S.OKA, J.)
