The above Civil Application has been filed for seeking extension of time to furnish the bank guarantee in terms of the order dated 12th December 2011. By the said order, the Applicants were permitted to withdraw the amount mentioned in the said order, subject to furnishing bank guarantee. It seems that the bank Sharayu.

22-CAF-4354-15.doc guarantee could not be furnished by the Applicants. The reasons for which are mentioned in the above Civil Application. The Applicants state that they are now in a position to furnish the bank guarantee. The learned Counsel appearing for the Insurance Company submits to the orders of the Court. The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the time to furnish bank guarantee in terms of the order dated 12th December 2011 is extended by four week from date. If the bank guarantee is not furnished, no further Application for extension would be entertained. Resultantly, the amount which is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing the bank guarantee would be invested in a fixed deposit of a Nationalised Bank initially for a period of two years. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
