In furtherance of the directions issued by this Court on 6th March 2018, the petitioner has placed on record the decree passed in Petition No. A-2331 of 2011 by the Family Court No. 5 at Bandra, Mumbai, thereby dissolving the marriage between the parties, solemnized on 18th February 2003, by a decree of divorce by mutual consent passed under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The said decree is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
